NIDRA is the portal for the management of NBN Co's wholesale supply disputes within the telecommunications industry.
Endispute Pty Ltd and the approved nominated Dispute Resolution Advisor, Prof. Tania Sourdin have been appointed under the NBN Co Dispute Management Agreement - Approved Resolution Advisor Terms of Appointment
Our Role
The performance of our duties in managing and facilitating the disputes includes:
- Receiving referrals for new industry matters
- Communicating with the parties regarding the nature of the dispute
- Proposing draft Panel selections from the Approved Pool Members
- Providing administrative support as required
- Administering and adhering to the Dispute Guidelines set out by NBN Co
